The main building and the extension provide approximately 3,700 m² on 3 floors. The CARTEC offer is aimed at startups as well as and established companies, preferably with business in innovation, and technology. The CARTEC currently hosts roughly 40 companies. The leases are flexible in terms of space combination, runtime and further extensions in order to provide best conditions for the individual needs of the tenant companies. A single office which measures 20 m² can be rented just as well as a combination of rooms next to each other.
The building is wheelchair accessible, has an elevator and is secured by an alarm system. The rented premises are renovated and carpeted, have ceiling lights, sun protection and cable channels with network infrastructure, telephone and power supply - individual adaptions are possible.
Greenery frames the building which offers a large parking lot for tenants and customers. A mailbox of the German Post AG is conveniently located in front of the house.

At the CARTEC center there are conferencing, training and meeting rooms available (incl. presentation equipment). 6 to 190 persons can be hosted here. Tenants can rent these facilities at preferential conditions on a daily basis. The CARTEC is honoured to welcome about 5,000 guests annually for various occasions.
Many extras are included in the rent already: tenant’s kitchens, server room space (air condi-tioned), conferencing facilities (limited), brochure displays. More can be booked on demand: phone / fax, internet (DSL and fibre connectivity up to 155 Mbit / s), colour copiers / printers, cleaning service, caretaker, office furniture on short term lease, presentation equipment (projec-tor, pin board, etc.).
Short ways to other dedicated services: The STARTER CENTER NRW Hellweg, the Business Development Agency Lippstadt (WFL) and the Competence Centre for Electro mobility (KFE) also have their offices at the CARTEC center.
